The Amulet of Millarka was Munro the Mad Magician's favorite way of tricking his vicitms. Munro was actually a disguise put on by Prime Evil and the amulet had the power to schrink other beings down in size. In doing so, the amulet would change color from green to red. Prime Evil, as Munro, tricked Belfry into taking the amulet, having learned that Belfry wished to be larger in size than the Ghostbusters. The amulet granted him his wish, only the Ghostbusters were decreased in size while Belfry remained the same.

The Amulet of Millarka made it's only appearance in the episode Little Big Bat.

- Writer J. Larry Carroll previously used the name Millarka for the Crystal of Millarca in the He-Man and the Masters of the Universe episode [Orko's Return].
- Mylarka is the same name of the Sage from the Sword in the anime series The Legend of Snow White. The Snow White's brooch, very similar to this amulet, and like it, changes color from green to red when the princess is possessed by the spirit of Mylarka.
