The Fifth Dimension (Also known as Ghost Limbo) is a place that Hauntquarters usually sits, that is a odd cloudy place. Not much is stated about the fifth dimension in the shows.
While it was suggested in I'll Be A Son of a Ghostbuster (Part I) that the time may be 2086, however time stands still there.
