Fred is a green chair which its arms are hands. It usually is quiet and not animated, however in the episode Mummy Dearest his name was revealed and in The Battle For Ghost Command he was active.

- He was also made into a toy as part of the Ghost Command playset, but they simply called him Arm Chair.
