Mastodon Valley is a location in Ghostbusters.
Mastodon Valley was the place where all the evil and supernatural power began at the dawn of time. It was ruled by the Ghost of the Missing Link, who always made sure that any creatures smarter than him were imprisonned and, eventually, eliminated.
Many ghost dinosaurs did his bidding, including a Ghost Pterodactyl that captured the Ghostbusters and Futura and brought them before it's master. The Ghost of the Missing Link was smart enough to take away their Ghost Packs before imprisonening them.
The Ghostbuster managed to escape thanks to help from their caveman friend Unga and defeated the Ghost of the Missing Link with the aid of King Arthur's famous sword, Excalibur, which they left stuck in a rock in Mastadon Valley, to be claimed by Arthur centuries later.
